All of FLYTLAB’s products purchased directly from FLYTLAB are covered by a 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, return the product pursuant to the terms of the instruction book or website. If the tamper-proof seal is broken, or the product is no longer factory sealed, a refund will not be given. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will include the purchase price, less processing and handling. See Return Policy below for return details.

Warranty inspection and service is arranged through and approved by FLYTLAB customer support.
If you think you may require warranty service, please contact FLYTLAB customer support via email. FLYTLAB does NOT provide pre-paid shipping labels for warranty claim returns.
Warranty services are given priority and will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of merchandise.
All units sent in for warranty servicing MUST be accompanied by a valid RMA#. Units received without a valid RMA# will NOT be serviced.
When shipping a unit to our support office, we recommend that you select a shipping service that provides tracking information and forward this information to FLYTLAB Support for proof of shipping/delivery.
FLYTLAB is NOT responsible for packages/orders that are lost or stolen during transit to our support office or in route to customer location.
For warranty claims coming from outside the US or Canada, customer is responsible for all International shipping and customs fees.
FLYTLAB WARRANTY DETAILS
FLYTLAB Ltd. warrants FLYTLAB products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty coverage varies by device- Please check individual product page for specific warranty information regarding your device. Warranty coverage begins from the date of retail purchase and coverage is valid ONLY for the original end-user purchaser.
If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, FLYTLAB will either: a) Repair or b) Replace the device. While we do our best to issue you a replacement that is the same color and/or style as the one sent in for servicing, replacement devices are subject to availability. In the event we cannot match the color and/or style of the device being replaced, you will receive either a) The same device in a different color or b) A functionally equivalent device of similar value. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of FLYTLAB.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries, glass mouth pieces or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by FLYTLAB Ltd. that can be identified by the “FLYTLAB” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them and purchased at an “Authorized Retailer” who is serviced by an authorized FLYTLAB distributor.
The Limited Warranty does NOT apply to any non-FLYTLAB products.
This warranty does NOT apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, acts of robbery, or other external causes; (b) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by FLYTLAB; (c) to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (d) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or broken plastic, glass or metal.
*Intentionally opening up or disassembling your device in ANY way will void your warranty. *
Important: Warranty applies to original end-user purchaser only and is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Warranty DOES NOT apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller/platform such as eBay, Craigslist, etc. FLYTLAB warranties only apply to devices purchased from an “Authorized Retailer” which have been serviced by an authorized FLYTLAB distributor.

“CTRL” comes with a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. Valid proof of purchase date must be provided prior to receiving warranty service. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes;
Damage caused by the device being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (e.g. liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity, unusually heavy perspiration or other moisture), or extreme thermal or environmental conditions (e.g. high altitude or sand, food, dirt or similar substances);
